I have known Marc since 1997 when my parents purchased a condo unit at 1001 Bay St. He looked after the unit very well for the last ten years of our renting.
In summer 2008, as our tenents moved out, we decided to renovate and sell the unit. Marc made an excellent negotiation and we successfully sold it with a satisfying price.
Recently I finally purchased my first house in Toronto. Again, Marc helped me a lot, showing me about 50 houses in different areas and making a great negotiation for purchasing.

I have used Marc for the purchase of a condo and a house, as well later renting out, and selling the condo.
He walked me through my first purchase, and made everything smooth and easy. He explined everything, set me up with a lawyer, and told me what to do at the bank, and told me what to expect from each, and was always checking to make sure they had done their jobs. My lawyer said he had never seen anyone so calm on purchasing a first property.
He sold my condo for above what I wanted, and was able to secure me my house in a multiple offer situation, by advising how to place my offer.

I've worked with Marc for 4 years now. He was the agent overseeing the 1001 Bay street condminum that I was renting.
Marc was always prompt with his replies to any problems related to the unit. He made sure that there were professionals (plumbers, carpenters, etc.) that I could contact to fix any unexpected problems.
